Data hosting & transfers
This website is hosted in the EU. Google Analytics 4 data is processed in Google's EU data centers. LinkedIn processes Insight Tag data as a data controller. Both Google and LinkedIn may transfer personal data outside the EEA; such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not transfer your data to any other third party.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, company name, and your enquiry text. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and evaluate a potential business relationship.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where you request a quote or proposal, pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your message is sent to info@u-centrix.com and handled by U-centrix staff. We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, unless a business relationship is established, in which case the data is retained as part of our client records. Your email provider and ours may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g., the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
